Senior Clinical Dermal Practitioner and Educator
Zubaida is a professional clinical dermal practitioner and Clinical Educator dedicated to providing comprehensive care for her patients. As a member of the Australian Society of Dermal Clinicians (ASDC) and an APAN Registered Aesthetic Practitioner, Phlebotomist, GRADDIP Dermal Science, and Aesthetic Trainer, Zubaida is well-equipped to assist her patients. She holds a Professional Certificate in Dermatoscopy and Dermatology, which enables her to help educate her patients about their skin conditions. If any lesions require medical attention, she refers them to a specialist and ensures they receive a letter of clearance before proceeding with any procedures. Unlike many of her colleagues, Zubaida performs all procedures herself and does not delegate to assistants.
Zubaida's commitment to cosmetic aesthetic medicine is evident to her patients, as she shares her knowledge of their skin conditions and the available aesthetic treatments. Her goal is to help them achieve their desired outcomes. Passionate about restoring and rejuvenating skin, Zubaida also offers a variety of other treatments, including Pain Therapy, Women’s Health, Hair Restoration, Body Sculpting, and PRP for skin.

Julie O’Rourke
Julie is an experienced trainer, mentor, and manager in the aesthetic industry. Her career began as a nurse at the Sydney Adventist Hospital, then branched into general practice nursing and dermal therapies. Although truly knowledgeable in dermal treatments, Julie found her passion lay in light therapies and began sharing her knowledge and understanding of these concepts with others.
With 20 years of experience as a certified trainer, having run her own small training business, Julie has now joined us as Manager, Trainer, Mentor and Senior Practitioner at Complete Care Therapy.
With a desire to mentor our staff and other dermal therapists, she shares her vast knowledge of the processes.
Julie has multiple qualifications; she is a Registered EEN and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Also, a graduate certificate for Intense Pulse Light and Laser.
Fully licensed to operate Cosmetic lasers.
